Our Approach : key steps

Our consulting process is grounded in our concept of 'Organisational Intelligence'. We observe that often, even when organisations comprise highly intelligent individuals, together they often fail to act in a cohesive or even an intelligent manner.

Credos enhances the capability of organisations to better harness their collective intellect by focusing on:

  • Building leadership team consensus on what 'success' looks like in the present and in the future
  • Designing and implementing innovative engagement strategies, to involve people - across the business - in building understanding of the forward vision, as well as commitment to action
  • Developing the individual skills and organisational capabilities necessary, to transform strategic intent into tangible business results

Concentrating on these factors allows individuals to build clarity and commitment around common business goals, and to translate this vision into operational reality.

This improves the business' capacity to pre-empt and respond to the challenges from both within and outside organisational boundaries.

How we work

Our integrated approach to Organisational Development means we work with senior management, small teams and individuals, in a holistic and co-ordinated way.

Our interventions include one or a combination of:
  • Group Process Facilitation
  • Leadership Development
  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Project Management

We weave these components together, taking into account clients' needs and the context in which they compete, to form a client-specific, corporate change programme.

In everything we do, we adhere rigorously to 5 simple operating principles. Their application to our work for clients sits at the heart of performance improvement and sustainable successes we help to create.

They are:
  1. Our clients own the change
  2. We act as catalysts and facilitators
  3. We energise small groups to create change
  4. We provide support through innovative process design and skills development
  5. We openly share our thinking and vigorously challenge yours
